I have lived in this amazing flat for 8 years with my now teenage daughter and I really can’t believe how time has flown by. We absolutely love being in this location with its tremendous back drop of superb communal gardens mature trees and the Wandle. We both feel very secure in this area and have some wonderful neighbours giving the area a fantastic family feeling. The flat is such a great size and layout we love the way the entrance hall is so wide and how there are double doors leading to the living and dining room which overlooks the river. It is very economical to run with low energy bills so really is ideal as a first time property or even a property to down size into, if I had the funds I would absolutely buy it in a heart beat.
